REMIX DEALS

Hello boys, so i have this remix deal brewing. Does anyone know about how that works? Like, they remix the song and put it out on there dance label, then promote it to D.J.`S and thats all i know. Has anyone heard of this before? Give me some input fellas and chicas. I kind of need to know what to ask for and i can`t` seem to find a standard agreement on the subject.
peace

The above link clarifies what the distributor is willing to do and for what percentage(50%).

I don't believe there is anything standard about a "standard" agreement because one size does not fit all.

Get a lawyer.

And while yer at it, get me a can coke...

Can't agree enough with Jack.  Get a lawyer at least to look over the contract.  Boilerplate (standard legal forms) is nice, but covering your ass and your assetts is nicer.   Try to find someone through  a referral in the city there- BC, maybe you care to chime in?  You know Mixmastermandy, surely you got representation.
