Hey there peoples, i received a comment about having a fat head. I liked it and it was an honest comment and i appreciate it. The truth is i really dont! I am as humble as pie and i work very very hard to produce music that will probably never turn a buck or even gain attention beyond being a weekly winner on this site. I f i have come off as a dick i am sorry but i have a hard time swallowing my failure to achieve any success beyond my writing and producing. I am angry, and it shows sometimes. I am sorry for seeming to be a jerk to sometimes, truly! peace and love CUZIN D
The "I hate to say this because your head is already big enough" line reads, to me, is more a compliment then taking issue with your oversized cranial regions.
It's a very tough thing to balance. To succeed, you have to truly believe that you are a great artist that everyone should love and adore, but you also have understand that you are always far away from perfection (because it doesn't exist) and good critisism can come from anyone (even my 6 year old daughter) and should be taken seriously.
Its funny you say that because i get great perspective from the reaction of my 5 year old daughter to songs i have recorded. I could not agree more. peace D
