It's ALL up tempo

Songs are being submitted so fast that by the time I think I can listen to one that I may like...it moves off the list!

How does that work on the AW side I wonder aloud. Do you not worry about the ones that moved off the page/list already? And if you do worry, how long is appropriatte?

I know ya'll know what you are doing, I am just "literally" trying to keep up.

Wouldn't ya know some of the ones I had picked but didn't record yet are, alas, moved off the page/list. Where do they go? Can they be retrieved by a user? Why is the sky blue?

I suppose BC and/or 820 will blanket reply with a rushed and pointed...NO, 10 minutes, whatever Jack, prolly not, leave it alone, get a job.

And I will wait right here holding my considerably bad breath in want of response.

Try saying that three times...hell one time fast.

Here is my "blanket reply":

We feel your pain, man, and we're working on changing the listen page so it works better.  Until then, you could always search by date range...

That is a real good answer! That's why you make the big bucks. Thanks Mr. 820.

Search by date...why didn't I think of that:)

Jack - your sarcasm is so thick I can't even tell when you are being serious anymore!  But that's ok, I can take it.  I am comforted by all of my money and my gold house and rocket car....

If you'll take a look at the site, we bumped up the listen page's list from 50 to 100 songs, so more stay "current" at a time.

Also, cover songs aren't allowed (yes, it's a problem) but yours sure did rock while it was up!

Jack, Not Everyone Gets Your Cence of Humor !

But I Do ! They need to not take things too serious.

You seem like a Veteran of this page to me. I am learning from you.

It appears to me to me that, if they read what you say and can't hear what you say, you tend to strike a nerve. I Dearly LOVE people, I only Wish GREAT Life to everyone., But I apparently see things in a VERY Strange way. Sometimes I don't think I belong on this Planet. This is a wonderful place for us to be. CIBOOR SPACE ( Sorry, How the Heck Do you Spell That? ) I enjoy your humor and you make me smile.i.e (comments on "Closet".) I think you are lovely.

I'm not gay, not that there is anything wrong with that ?

Maybe you should write this site before 5:00pm.

I write alot of things and say a lot of stuff J. Elliot. Sometimes I write what it is that I say:) Maybe you do get it, I really am a big fan of people, especially those in music. Don't get me started on art, art is dead people. But because I know how severely difficult this business is and how short the time passing by can be it pisses me off to hear garbage coming from worth while musicians.

One of my biggest complaints, and I just don't know how to sugar coat it, is when a good song gets covered up in some hip-hop, trance induced, "I got more VST plug-ins then you do" song is presented with no thought to the song. Producers are not born specifically. It takes a vaste understanding of music of ten coming from a certified background. It is a "know when to say enough" thing.

So all these potentials get covered up, no chance EVER of being heard because they do not have enough faith and conviction of purpose in thier goal to be heard. They almost always cover the best part up. And then there are those that should never have a musical instrument, but thats another chapter.

Tell ya something else ya didn't know, but you did sort of ask for it. If I do not comment on a song, it most assuredly sucks in some way(and if this applied to my stuff by others, I can take it). But if I do comment this is when it gets tricky. More often then not it is just a few things that mar an otherwise damn good recorded piece of work. But because the musician(s) is so caught up in what they are doing, because they are showing the "baby" to the world, as it were, it is taken as an attack.

Most of the time I just remain truly misunderstood. Now quit stalking me.

I'm not stalking you. Why would I? You're not that lovely.

I do like the ( ONE ) song I found That I am not certain, but pretty sure is you.

Fun being anonymous, Isn't it Jack?

Off this page, I only found one.

You Made your Point. So I will strive to get negitive comments from you.

I will take your constructive criticisms,  and employ them in my new songs.

and maybe someday, because of your help, I will be a better Songwriter/ Artist than I am today.
