The Price Of Freedom Fills A Wall
Bless all the little soldiers
Babies stolen for a war
Mammas cry, and Daddys proud
Never knowing just what for
Broken little soldiers
If they come home at all
There lives will never be the same
"The price of freedom fills a wall"
Mr Suit Now tell me why
I've never seen your child
In a uniform
Standing proud
Right beside MINE
Weren't we taught as children
To share and get along
When was it that we forgot
To take the peace...and pass it on
If we bury all our soldiers
In a war not understood
And only pride is standing
Tell me then what is the good
When all the little soldiers
Tumble and too soon fall
When we are left with nothing
Then nothing's left at all
When all is said and done
Now do you question war?
"This is for all the fallen soldiers, and pray there will be no more"
Remember every day to take the peace...and pass it on!
Lots Of Love, Debbie Jensen,
