Self-scolding: Nice work, BC. Jeff is having trouble getting into the forums and all of his emails are getting stopped by yer god-forsaken spam filter. All he wants to do is communicate with a few friends from AW and he can't. Real nice, BC.
Jeff, please accept my sincere apologies and I hope you can spend some time with us. Please let me know if your account is up and running again.
Hello Jeff! I was away for a few days, and am relieved to see you're now back again! Everybody was very "mum" on what was going on, which left me quite concerned (don't have to know you to know you're a special fella' - my concern was real). Anyway, to the business >> I suspect you were referring to my topic about "preoccupation with lyrics" when you said "Some of you don't even want the lyrics to count." If it was that post you were referring to, I must intervene in your interpretation of what I said. I just had issues with "music not counting" and certainly didn't infer that lyrics meant little or nothing. It takes BOTH (earthly) words and (heavenly) notes to make a song, and I believe their individual influence can be 50/50, 70/30, or whatever, as long as it adds up to 100. Great music or great lyrics can to some extent make up for the other, but I really do believe there's a tendency to place too much emphasis on the words. -- Once again, glad to have you back Jeff (hope you're well)!

I'm OK, Thanks
About your above quote: Answer is NO ! I wasn't referring to you my friend. I know better. of course ,I understand where you are coming from. I was referring to comments I read on the listen and rate page. And as you tend to leave at least you initials on you comments, I would have known it was you.
