Judge's Spotlight --- Genevieve is currently co-writing for other upcoming artists and working on a solo album, to be released in the fall of 2006. Is the poor girl still stuck here.....like, in the Twilight Zone of never making it to the fall of 2006.....?

Am curious - when posting a song, there is a space for Song Description, but when I play people's songs, I don't see these descriptions. Are they only visible to the judges.....?

Gotta admit it was a toss up for me between Cup Of Tea by Meandering Pandas and Lodestar (Love Will Lead You Back) by Aaron Lee Doyle. I leaned towards "Lodestar" and waited for the AW decision. So what was the deciding factor and can all ask of what criteria it is that is used? ...

Never helps much. If you think the song is going to get better with a few tweaks just because someone did not like it as well as the author(you) then your not confident enough with your own work anyway. If you send out crap that will never be ready, and then think that adding more reverb will fix a m...

Not sure where to place this question, it's a site-user kind of question - when you view a member's profile, which last log-in date is given there, the last log in to the forums or the music upload/comments? Thanks

It seems like posting five of your songs at once is a bad practice. Each song gets compared to the last and doesn't get judged on its own merit. That's my take, anyway.

I didn't dig through this site to see if this is a dead horse already overly beaten, but have you considered letting people post their lyrics with their songs? True, the ideal is to grasp the merits of the song through LISTENING, but I find I have 2 problems - sometimes, lyrics are not entirely aud...

I posted a song and my account shows 6 ratings and 4 comments. I can read the 4 comments but I do not see the ratings at all, not for those 4 for nor for the other 2 who did not leave comments. It would be a lot more helpful if I could see that ratings as well as the comments.
